How does it work?

Every client has their own unique challenges and work environment; this calls for a dynamic approach. For individuals with very specific goals, we may only need one or two sessions. Team coaching has a more structured approach, often a series of sessions over four to eight weeks.

I follow the ICF and EMCC coaching guidelines and use a blend of behavioural science coupled with robust communication tools and techniques where appropriate.
